JIM DARTER graduated from Belmont University with a BBA in Accounting and Global Business Development. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche and is a licensed CPA in Tennessee. Now, as a Principal at BLVD Capital, Jim specializes in lending, real estate development, financial management, and business operations, actively leading portfolio companies like Cumberland Capital Partners, v3 Realty, and Sport Ortho Urgent Care. Jim serves on the boards of Hope House of Tennessee, Belmont University, the Middle Tennessee Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and previously, Hope International and the Cookeville & Putnam County Chamber of Commerce.

JONATHAN MCNABB, a native of Cookeville, Tennessee, graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor's in Political Science and later earned an MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship from Belmont University. Now, as a Principal of BLVD Capital, Jonathan excels in financial management and business operations, with expertise in consumer and commercial lending, as well as real estate development and management. He holds leadership roles in Cumberland Capital Partners, v3 Realty, and On3 Media. Jonathan serves on the board of directors as the Treasurer for the Nashville Symphony Orchestra and lives in Nashville with his wife, Kathryn, and their three children.
